This is a course that allows you to easily enjoy Torahachi Shoten's specialties, swimming squid and straw-grilled bonito.Delivered directly from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the squid was swimming in a tank until just before it was served, and is served as sashimi, or luxuriously as tempura or grilled with salt.Each bonito is grilled over straw upon order.We will bring you freshly made food.You can enjoy a luxurious moment, right up to the final dish of wild red sea bream rice pot.
