This course allows you to enjoy Torahachi Shoten's specialties, swimming squid and straw-grilled bonito.The squid sashimi and bonito, which are delivered directly from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture and were swimming in the tank until just before being served, are grilled over straw one by one upon order.We will bring you freshly made food.You can enjoy a luxurious moment, including the final dish of wild red sea bream rice pot.Squid is also available as a single item.

In Kochi, the theory is to eat bonito with slices of raw garlic.The meat is smoked by grilling it over straw, and the strong heat of the straw cooks only the surface.The Kochi way is to eat it while it's still warm.From July to December, bonito is purchased by returning from Kesennuma, and the rest of the time it is air-shipped from Kochi.Compared to other prefectures, Kochi, the birthplace of fresh produce, is more precise in determining freshness and maintains freshness for a longer period of time.

[Soy sauce] Ordered from Otsuya in Yamaguchi Prefecture.It is a handmade soy sauce that has taken time and effort, and has a very good taste, color, and aroma.[Ginger] Ordered directly from Mr. Ikezawa, a contract farmer in Ino Town, Kochi City.There is sweetness in the scent peculiar to ginger.[Sudachi] It is also recommended to eat with sudachi and salt.
