This course allows you to easily enjoy Torahachi Shoten's signature dishes: live squid and straw-grilled bonito.The squid, delivered directly from Hagi in Yamaguchi Prefecture and swimming in a tank until just before serving, is offered as sashimi and, luxuriously, as tempura or grilled with salt.Each bonito is grilled over straw to order.We'll bring it freshly made.You can enjoy a luxurious time right up to the final dish of rice cooked in a pot with natural sea bream.

The 2,500 yen all-you-can-drink option will now include 8 types of sake and 27 types of shochu.

The all-you-can-drink option has a 90-minute last order period and a 120-minute departure time.
